I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the delayed installation of my JioAirFiber MAX connection (Order ID: NO0001BESZLW), placed on 31 Jan, 2026.
Despite paying the ₹1200 booking amount three days ago, I have received no official communication regarding the installation schedule. Furthermore, the KYC agent assigned to my request is completely unresponsive to my calls and messages.
I urgently require this internet connection for my work. If the installation is not completed today, I request an immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of my payment.
