We registered our nephew Oct 2025 for a 6 months crash course with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya.
Course name: CBSE Grade 10 Live Crash Course - Zero to Hero (2025 - 2026)
The new batch was set to begin on 3 Nov 2025. When there were no classes held, we got in touch with them. They said the course will begin on 1 Dec. Neither did they adjust the course fee according to the reduced duration, nor did they offer an alternative course so my nephew could get started with his studies.
I've been following up with them since 4 Nov 2025 on the refund (they have a 7 days refund policy). They have wasted my time and energy for all these days and just keep giving me teh run around for the money.

Please let me know how to sue them for so much trouble and tension and frustration they have caused my family and me. So many days of follow up and calls and still no refund.
