I have bought induction stove on 08/03/2024 havells company insta pt model however in the month of oct 2025 top layer is broken I have raised the request however I got the response from the dealer we have order the part however the part is not traceable.after few one month he told ur product is not under warranty but I told the dealer i am ready to bear the cost but no response.. what to do now (my concern is if mobile display is broken I have two options one local replacement or go with the company irrespective of the warranty ) why the part is not available ??? Where does Right to repair principle works here ?? Please help me how to deal with it Thanks
