I had ordered an induction cooktop from Flipkart, but the one I received was damaged. On the same day it arrived, I raised a replacement request, but it was rejected. The next day, I submitted another replacement request with all the details, but they rejected it again. Due to repeated rejections, the replacement window has now expired.

I had been using the product for the past three days, but today it stopped working. Now Flipkart is neither replacing it nor getting it repaired.
 
I have been using this product for the past three days because Flipkart did not take it back. But today, it has completely stopped working. The product comes with a one-year warranty, but Flipkart is saying that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
