I had booked Indigo Flight Tickets for my parents. The flight was scheduled to fly at 11 AM on 5th of December.
My parents have been waiting since 9 in the morning and still now 5:45PM of 5th December there is no clarity from the Indigo personal.
My parents are not well versed with the modern set-up and has not been waiting without lunch or any tea /coffe. The indigo officials are just stalling with no clear direction
This is nothing other than harassment, mentally and physically.
They are not cancelling or providing any assurance.
This harassment needs to be compensated and strict action should be there so that same incident do mot repeat.
