I booked the consignment on 18/01/2025. It has been more than 8 days , the consignment has not reached yet. Its last status is showing till 20/01/2025. Even after filing complaint (complaint no 2004546811), I got the standard reply which is already mentioned in status . Also the toll free customer care no is dead and is not reachable after numerous try. The consignment contains medicine for my father , is required in urgent basis. Please Help

After Filing online complaint, Now I am neither able to track consignment (EC363695470IN) nor able to track complaint (2004546811). It seems something fishy, as it is happening just after filing complaint.

The consignment contains emergency medicine for my father.
