Subject: URGENT: Complaint Regarding Incomplete Service (72 Sessions Promised, Only 7 Delivered) -

Dear Incredible Customer Care Team,

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the delivery of the training package I purchased on 2nd Oct

I enrolled in a training package for my dog that explicitly promised 72 sessions.

Service Delivery Failure: Despite this agreement, the service provider (trainer) assigned to my account demonstrated highly unprofessional conduct and irregular attendance ( screen shots attached) causing significant disruption to the intended service cadence and directly resulting in the failure to complete the commitments.

Despite the fact that many sessions remain outstandin despite several calls n msg to trainer n customer care...trainer did not show up..

He absconded...wrote me a msg on 16th oct that he ll resume training after Diwali 20th oct....but did not turn up or communicate till customer care was escalated the case on 28th..

I requested about the missing sessions,l m sick of unprofessional behavior to rashid n chanchal...but no action was taken to fulfill the contracted services or refund my amt..

. This lack of follow-up on your end is unacceptable, especially given the trainer's conduct.

Required Resolution:
I request immediate resolution of refund to rectify this breach of trust n fraud by Incredipet


Please confirm in writing how you intend to resolve this matter within five (5) business days. Failing which I ll be forced to go legal against Incredipet, Rashid, Rohit n chanchal for the fraud..

I have attached communication for your review.
