I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Goibibo regarding an incomplete refund for my flight booking. I had booked a SpiceJet flight from CCU to DEL through GoIbibo. SpiceJet subsequently cancelled the flight and issued a full refund to GoIbibo. However, I have received only a partial refund from GoIbibo, even though I did not cancel the booking myself and am therefore entitled to the full refund amount.
On 20th November, GoIbibo processed only ₹7,375 instead of the full ₹8,933. Despite multiple attempts to contact GoIbibo, I have been unable to reach them through any available channels.
I request GoIbibo to immediately process the remaining refund amount and resolve this issue at the earliest.
