The order was placed on 1st July and today is 6th August it has been over a month that I have not received my order from 1219 Avenue and the payment for the order has been paid at the same day when order has been placed. Had a conversation with the concerned person of the company but they had no firm answer for my Order only kept ignoring my messages and delaying the order. I always stated my urgency towards the order but was never taken serious as I had to travel out of India and take the order with me. Over all it’s their responsibility to check and resolve the issue but they are failing to do so.Also now they have stopped responding on messages and not even picking up the calls.
