Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my TVS Sport motorcycle, which I purchased recently. The vehicle has run only 3,242 kilometers so far and is still very new.MP20 ZX6990 linked no is 9599505789 but I am available at 9310433761 since i have purchased from day one it's was showing battery error but during service they ignored i purchased this bike from jabalpur but I brought this bike from there to I am moved to Hyderabad chandana nagar madeenaguda However, I am already facing serious issues with the battery and electrical components.
The battery frequently gets drained, and the bike does not start even though it is very less driven and not used regularly. Additionally, the headlight bulb has already fused. This is very disappointing considering the vehicle is new and only two services have been completed.

I am extremely unhappy with the quality being provided. A new vehicle should not face such repeated issues within such a short running period. It feels like a waste of money as the bike is not usable due to starting problems.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution. Please arrange for a complete inspection and necessary replacement under warranty at the earliest.
