Immediate refund request for cancelled IPTV order – delay attributable to Airtel

Hello Team,

I would like to clearly place on record that I had been requesting cancellation of the IPTV/DTH order on airtel on my now closed account no: 20033168235 since 05-12-2025,
Airtel Black / IPTV Order ID: GJNJK7C6GV
when my broadband services were already suspended and the account was no longer usable. Despite repeated follow-ups, the cancellation was delayed internally and completed only on 14-12-2025, which was not due to any action or inaction from my side.

As per Airtel refund policy, maximum refund timeline is 7–10 working days. IPTV order was never installed and cancellation was requested on 05 December 2025. Refund of ₹500 has not been processed even after the maximum timeline. This delay is due to Airtel’s internal processing failure.

The router has been successfully recovered
The excess broadband credit (₹690.50) has already been refunded, confirming that my bank details are valid and refund processing is feasible
