This is completely unacceptable.
I placed order #OD436843049250171100 on 20 February 2026, with a promised delivery date of 1 March 2026. Full payment was made on the same day. Despite this, the item has still not been delivered.
Tracking shows that the shipment reached the nearest hub on 27 February, yet there has been no movement or attempt to deliver it to my city. This kind of delay without proper communication reflects extremely poor service and lack of responsibility toward customers.
