I am writing to formally request a refund related to my loan deductions. My loan payments are scheduled to be deducted on the 5th of each month, and I have made sure that there are sufficient funds available in my account on the designated dates.

However, I recently noticed that an amount of Rs 450 has been deducted from my account as an overdue loan fee for both April and May. Given that I have ensured timely payments, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for these charges.
