Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased a dress through the Myntra app but due to its poor quality and fit, I created a return for that dress on 16th March. But till today, 27th March, the return has not been processed. Now against this, I have called the customer support many times and sent many emails but I did not get any help. This is a kind of harassment. I request you to investigate this matter.
