I have ordered colorbar sinful matte lipstik from Nayaka Beauty along with that there was a free product nail lacquer remover. The total product cost was 1199 .
The package was deliver to me on 23rd May but when i opened the package it was containing only free products the Lipstick was not there in the package.
I raised the concern to the team of Nayka they said the same might have left to pack we will issue the refund.

till now i didnot received the refund and now when i am connecting to them for refund their customer support team is saying that we cannot give you refund we have send all the products.

this is how they are cheating on us.

I hope this message finds you well. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the ongoing issues surrounding my return and refund process.

I had ordered a Men's Leather Retail® Men's Solid Biker Jacket (Order No: 406-7361448-8101941) on 26th January and returned it on 4th February. The payment was made through Amazon Pay, and yet, it has now been over two months and I still haven’t received my refund.
