I am extremely disappointed with the Jio Fiber service I have been receiving. For the last two weeks, I have been facing unbearably slow internet speeds, making it impossible to work, stream, or even browse properly.
I have been raising service requests continuously, but shockingly, no one from jio team has come to check the issue. Even after repeated complaints, the problem still exists, and no proper resolution has been provided. and now they have blocked me i am not able to call then
i have invested 2500 for fiber and 645 rupees for palan
This is highly frustrating, especially when I am paying for a high-speed plan but getting nothing close to what is promised.
