I am writing this letter to formally register a complaint against Eduwatt/Kodaco Online, an educational service provider that has deceived me, mentally harassed me, and unlawfully refused to refund my amount of ₹75,500.

At the time of enrollment, the institute assured me that I would receive:

  • Regular and timely online classes,
  • Proper server training, and
  • Continuous learning support.
These commitments were made verbally as well as in their promotional communication, and based on these assurances, I decided to enroll in their course.

However, the moment I paid the complete amount of ₹75,500, their behaviour changed drastically. They started delaying classes, giving false excuses, and gradually stopped providing the promised training altogether. Whenever I attempted to follow up, they avoided my calls, ignored my messages, and gave vague justifications.

When I demanded a refund for the services they failed to deliver, the representatives of EduCates Online blatantly refused, stating things such as:

“Do whatever you want, we will not refund your money.”
Such statements caused me severe mental harassment, stress, and emotional distress, as I was being treated with complete disregard after making full payment in good faith.

Having no other option, I filed a police complaint regarding the fraud. After intervention, the institute initially promised to refund my money, but even after repeated follow‑ups, they have still not returned the amount. Their behaviour clearly shows intent to cheat, and their refusal to process the refund despite police involvement demonstrates deliberate fraud and exploitation.

Their actions have resulted in:

  • Financial loss of ₹75,500
  • Mental harassment and emotional stress
  • Breach of trust and failure to provide agreed‑upon services
  • Unfair trade practices
I therefore request the concerned authority to take strict legal action against EduCates Online for cheating, fraud, and mental harassment, and to help me recover my full payment of ₹75,500 at the earliest.

I am attaching all relevant proofs, including:

  • Payment receipts
  • Chat/Call records
  • Enrollment documents
  • Previous complaint acknowledgement (if applicable)
I kindly request your urgent support in this matter, as I have faced significant distress and financial damage due to their unethical behaviour.

At the time of enrollment, the institute assured me of the following:

• Continuous learning support and guidance

These assurances were communicated verbally as well as through their promotional communication. Relying on these commitments, I enrolled in their course and paid the full course fee of ₹36,000.

However, immediately after receiving the full payment, the institute’s behavior changed drastically. Classes were repeatedly delayed, false excuses were given, and eventually the promised training was completely discontinued. When I attempted to follow up regarding classes and support, the assigned counselor deliberately avoided my calls and subsequently blocked my contact number after payment, leaving me with no means of communication.

Despite repeated attempts to reach the institute through other channels, my messages were ignored, and no proper response or solution was provided.

When I formally demanded a refund for the services that were not delivered, representatives of the institute responded in a highly unprofessional and hostile manner, stating:

Having no other option, I filed a police complaint regarding this matter. After police intervention, the institute initially assured that the refund would be processed. However, despite repeated follow-ups and sufficient time being provided, the refund amount has still not been returned. Their continued avoidance and refusal clearly indicate intentional cheating, fraudulent conduct, and exploitation.

As a result of their actions, I have suffered:

• Financial loss of ₹36,000
• Severe mental harassment and emotional stress
• Breach of trust
• Failure to provide agreed-upon services
• Unfair trade and unethical business practices

I therefore respectfully request the concerned authority to take strict legal action against Eduwatt / Kodaco Online / EduCates Online under applicable laws for cheating, fraud, and mental harassment, and to assist me in recovering my full refund of ₹36,000 at the earliest.

I am attaching all relevant supporting documents, including:

• Payment receipts
• Chat and call records (including proof of call blocking)
• Enrollment and course documents
• Copy of police complaint / acknowledgement (if applicable)
