I am writing this letter to formally register a complaint against Eduwatt/Kodaco Online, an educational service provider that has deceived me, mentally harassed me, and unlawfully refused to refund my amount of ₹75,500.
At the time of enrollment, the institute assured me that I would receive:
However, the moment I paid the complete amount of ₹75,500, their behaviour changed drastically. They started delaying classes, giving false excuses, and gradually stopped providing the promised training altogether. Whenever I attempted to follow up, they avoided my calls, ignored my messages, and gave vague justifications.
When I demanded a refund for the services they failed to deliver, the representatives of EduCates Online blatantly refused, stating things such as:
Having no other option, I filed a police complaint regarding the fraud. After intervention, the institute initially promised to refund my money, but even after repeated follow‑ups, they have still not returned the amount. Their behaviour clearly shows intent to cheat, and their refusal to process the refund despite police involvement demonstrates deliberate fraud and exploitation.
