Reference code of transactions are as below (Credit card statement is attached along with this)

  • VT243600074002520000232
  • VT243600074002520000233
For the above mentioned all transaction I have not received any OTP for the authorization, and I have not authorized this transaction by any mean.
I have complained regarding this on the HSBC complaint system Complaint reference No.2250192341, However the complaint was closed without concerning me.
I have made complaint on this in NCRP, Complaint reference number is : 21901250010494
As above transactions are happened at OTOPTHAI BANGKOK TH and I have not traveled to this place and my card is only active for online transactions with OTP authorization However I have not received any OTP and Bank is stating as these transactions happened, I have a doubt that weather transactions really happened or not

If these transactions are actually happened, happened without my authorization which is the gap in HSBC banking system, Consumer should not be responsible for the gap in the banking system hence
I request to consumer court to help me to get justice on this.
The credit bill is generated for the Rs:38687.35 however I have not cleared the bill due to above discrepancies.
I prefer a mail communication for any further clarification
