I was planning to rent a single room or single bedroom and visited housing.com website and one of their executives had called me to take the subscription for which i have paid INR 707 and was entitled to get only 5 leads , Post that after i started searching for houses and i could find all the houses either already rented or few houses were fake leads the owners had confirmed it. On calling housing.com and asked about the issue they said that it was a mistake, and they will remove the houses which was rented and fake but by that time I had changed my mind and it was too late hence i had contacted housing.com stating that the leads provided was wrong and fake and asked for my refund for which they were saying that refund would not be possible after not giving service. Hence i want to sue the company for providing fake leads.

HI there was no agreement copy as this was done totally from the app and i am attaching a copy of their terms and conditions and these are the owners who i have contacted and no one has replied back
