Back in 2022, when I was in Hyderabad. I was looking for a flat in Kondapur and found owner Mukesh phone number 9198109287 via housing.com website. He scheduled my appointment on 4th October 2022 for seeing the flat. Later he said he is out in a meeting and his manager Arjun 8486270012 will show me the flat. Arjun made me wait and kept me standing roadside under the sun for 3 hours and didn't showed me the flat. He asked for deposits worth 40000 which he said will be refunded. Later he said it's late we could not show you the flat and also did not refund my money. My hardearned money 40000 was stuck with them. They are not responding as well. Their phone numbers are not reachable and no response on whatsapp too. I was new in town with only 50000 with myself and I had nowhere to go because of these cheaters. Knowing that I have been scammed - I then went to police station and lodged an FIR against them in cyber cell. But it was of no use. They just gave excuses and couldn't catch them. Later online on cyber cell I also lodged a complain but no use their too. I would be very thankful if you could help me with this. God will bless all. The reason why I was late in submitting this complain was that I was constantly receiving threats from them after I asked them to refund my money after FIR. Death threats, family targetting and what not. Please guide me. I am attaching proof for reference. I would like for housing.com to compensate me and not allow such fraudsters to post their ads on their website. They are a reputed company and should take care of such scammers. It was me today it could be someone else tomorrow. So please.
