We have booked a hotel - The One Hotel (RD Circle, Nasik) from Cleartrip website.
But hotel is not accepting the booking when we arrived at hotel for check in.
They are saying they cannot accept booking from Cleartrip website and they are not allowing us to check in even after we have done full payment.
 
Hello,

There are many judgment against such act, but before filing case in the Consumer Forum, we suggest you to email to cleartrip are ask them for the refund of ₹4539/- + ₹150000/- as compensation.
