On 13 th November I book hotel through Goibibo by full advance payment..but hotel denied check in by saying it is fully occupied but I paid full amount in advance through Goibibo
 
I have to go out of hotel at night hours inspite of my advance booking…who will be responsible for this defamation of mine

Hello @drmohit25819,

This is really not acceptable that you have the advance booking and the hotel is not giving you the room.

You have very strong reason to file a case in Consumer Forum.
