I had booked Hotel Arjunaa through Goibibo.com from 27th Dec till 29th Dec. Hotel charged me Rs.1000 extra during the checkout time without proper invoice or bill which is not at all acceptable. They mentioned it is for Extra Bedding, but it was not provided to us they mentioned i could have asked for it still they charged this amount without any invoice.
