Hi everyone,

I'm posting here to share my extremely frustrating and dishonest experience with Global Moving Solutions regarding a recent scooter transfer I booked on 20th May 2025, and I’m hoping to get some advice on how best to take this forward — legally or publicly.

I received a quote for shifting my scooter and trolley During the booking process, I explicitly asked if there were any other charges apart from the quote. The representative assured me there were none.

They assured me to deliver in next 5 to 17 days however even after 16 days, it still shows as in transit and not reached destination yet.
Upon this, I suddenly received a final bill of ₹4800 + ₹1,125 for insurance + 1000 service charge which is never informed or discussed with me.

They are now forcing to make this unwanted payment to deliver the scooter else they will hold it, Provided customer care doesn't receive the call and someone else only follow up for payment. No status update, no reason for such huge delay and not sure that cargo will reach or not or it is a fraud?

Can someone assist to handle it further?
