I placed an order for trolley bag with amazon on 14th Jan 2026 and also took extended insurance for it. I am a Prime member but this product was going to be delivered on 17th Jan 2026

I contacted Amazon on 14th Jan itself requesting them to expediate the delivery. But nothing happened. So i then contacted them in the morning on 17th Jan around 10.30 am and since then the entire day i contacted them multiple times and still the product was not delivered. They made multiple fake promises and at the end of the day they made fake attempt as well. I spoke to customer service 4 times, 2 times with delivery station, all gave fake promise and assurance but did nothing. The delivery guy calls me at 10.09 pm and states that he is at my location and i tell him that i m coming out to collect it and when i go out no one is there. I then call that number again and he disconnects the number twice. I dial again and his number is on waiting and he is talking to some one. 2 times its on wait. I dial again and he disconnects the number. So the delivery guy also doesnt want to do the job and makes fake phone calls nd attempts. This has happened in the past as well but Amazon has not taken actions and hence this behaviour still continues. Then in sometime the order status gets updated stating there is delay in delivery and should expect the delivery by 20th Jan. So i was mad chasing the delivery entire day of 17th Jan.
Now to my surprise when i try to check the status of my order today 18th Jan, it shows rejected and states amount will be refunded.
Well i spent entire day of 17th Jan chasing, requesting for delivery, why would i reject the order. I paid for extended insurance as well.
This is appalling service and strict action has to be taken. My time and energy was wasted on Amazon yesterday. Infact the entire day of 17th Jan was wasted with Amazon. I m mentally tortured and harrased by Amazon. I have written complaints email to them as well.
