I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of response and resolution regarding my complaint with Home Centre, which were initially raised on 13th February and 15th February under ticket number's 293369 and 299696. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there has been no meaningful progress on this matter, and I am left with no choice but to escalate this issue further.
The issue pertains to a recliner I purchased from Home Centre brand, and I have been trying to resolve the matter for over a month now. However, each time I contact Home center customer care team, I am told that more time is required (usually "two more days"), but no actual progress has been made. Additionally, during recent calls, I have been put on hold for extended periods, and in some cases, the calls have been disconnected without any resolution.
This lack of customer service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I kindly request immediate action to resolve my complaint. Specifically, I expect either:
A replacement of the recliner if the product is defective, or
