Respected sir/ Maam.
would like to bring your kind attention that 04GPDS-4152 on the name of TARA DEVI consumer number facings issues of unnecessary higher bills ,even the provision of Cheif minister waiver notifications of all pending bills.
When I check with JBVNL what's app electronics bill check service on 18th September 2024 it was zero. Even when I visit to Ganeshpur electricity office, Mr. Aditya (Employee of Ganeshpur electric office) shown his system as zero balance as closing bill . All the bills has been waived off as Cheif minister relief notifications . Kindly find the attached image .
But , All of sudden we got the message that outstanding amount is 10455./-
No co- operation from the Sub Divisional officer Ganeshpur & JE ,Dhanbad as well the field executive, asking to pay the bill in cash .
Even my installed existing meter number is not matching with the current bill generated meter . we have complained many times.
They are asking to visit physically, and when we visit their concern person is not available. They are making fool to us with technical words.
One of the staff is saying , Paisa waisa maaf nahi hota hain hai.. Jao Hemant Soren ko bol do. Using abusive words.
