We paid electricity and made an online request to mseb hingoli regarding disconnection of electricity connection on 21st June 2025. On 21st June, after paying the light bill of Rs. 3490 online, on 26th, Rs. 3490 was returned. Since the payment was pending, Rs. 3490 had to be paid again. However, despite paying Rs. 3490 and 3490, a total of Rs. 6980, this light meter connection was not disconnected. After that, the bill for the month of July, a total of Rs. 5390, has come to be paid by 8th August 2025. Under which rule has mseb company given Rs. 5390 without disconnecting the meter, the bill for the month of July for the next month without taking the meter unit even though no one lives in the house. When I called customer care, I was told that this bill will have to be paid as an adjustment of the bill. The company is asking me to pay the average bill without disconnecting this meter.

As you have already request to mseb hingoli regarding disconnection of electricity connection on 21st June 2025, this is not your fault at all to pay the bill which you have not used.
 
So even though they have paid the bill twice, they have not disconnected the meter connection. Rs. 4390 has been paid back. The bill is for the month of July. How can the financial loss caused by paying the bill for the month of June be compensated? And how can the loss caused by not paying the bill for the month of July be reduced?
