Complaint Hdfc Case Reference No.69748490
i Purchase Hdfc bank fastag
I complete al proces folow as per Hdfc bank fastag instructions
But til the date my fastag is not working
Customer care says my kyv is pending
They tell me link for fastag kyv
Link is- fastag.hdfcbank.com/kyv_verification
But this link is not working
I ask many times but no resolution
i login in my Hdfc acount
Same problem also there
ther is no link in that
I cal too many times with hdfc fastag customer case and send email to fastagsupport@1pay.in 13 times send him 13 reminders.
But til the date my issue is stand at same
I m suffering daily from this problem on toll
And i daily suffer from private vehicle due to this fastag issue
I loss 22000 rs til date
But Hdfc bank not solve my issue and still pending
Kindly help me and refund my amount and resolve my fastag issue.
