I am A. Umashankar s/o s. Anandan, residing at No.1, Venketeswara street, Radhanagar, chrompet, chennai - 600044. Mobile - 7299288334 what's up - mail id - aumashankar1975@gmail.com.
I held two Hdfc credit cards 4375465000382501 and jumbo loan card 434678001674749.I was paying the EMI amount regularly most of the time but after some time, due to ,new business and some losses in it, I can not pay cards regularly and it has become default and crossed various buckets and came to the stage of settlement, but I told them,i will not go for settlement and I will pay all the interest and penalty amounts for two cards.
They accepted and their collection agent team member executive contacted me, I have settled my 4374465000382501 card through an collection agent Mrs. Kausalya mobile - 9840079800 , settled amount was Rs. 2,27,750/- by April 2024 by RTGS INDIAN BANK. . It was closed, she said, she had promised me send N. O. C for that card, but she didn't, but so far no problem from that card side.
My second card was also promised to be settled with issue N. O. C . Similarly by 4/3/2024 , an amount of Rs 3,25,270/- was paid to jumbo loan division, through RTGS INDIAN BANK, after hearing from the Mr. Balaji Hdfc collection agent, (mobile -9740755885) .
After some time, some statement from bank was coming to me in MINUS VALUE AMOUNTS, I was little bit confused and enquired the executive, Mr. Balalaji , he had not , responded
I contacted customer care hdfc cards division, and they said, to send mail requesting for N. O. C and preclosure. I sent mail to customer care hdfc cards division by July 2024.No respose from their side.
After an year passed by, now recently the bank started calling me, pay EMI, for the 4749 ending card, I was shocked, and confused.
I called the customer care hdfc cards division, complained, about, this, they, asked me raise mail, to customer care cards division. They said card was not closed properly. If an executive representative from bank side, can receive, ₹. 3,25,270/-from me, how come he act irresponsible. If at all, there was some, procedure to close the loan, he should have, alerted and intimated me about, that, made me wait, for some time, and, should have closed, the, card, properly, which is due responsibility of the representative from bank side, where he failed, who will bear the loss now? Now the bank official will simply, take up rule, and whip me and blame me, that, it your duty, to, close the card properly. Who will understand me and innocence and honesty? .
My, complaint no 1369015688, with reference heading is CLOSED CREDIT CARD SUDDENLY HAVE COME ALIVE.
Some hdfc executive named Mr. Kartick has called me, enquired, I narrated what had happened. He said he will look into it.
So for, no positive, response from bank side, and new jumbo loan card statement started comming, asking me to Rs. 18,000/-.
One female executive, Mrs. Kausalya could, close the card properly, no issues so for.
Why not? the same type hdfc bank collection agent representative, can't do it, what went wrong. If I could pay ₹. 3 ,25, 270/- . Can't I pay some extra, amount , and close the card?. Why the issue was not, raised earlier, waiting for, an year after, why this?
Paying, money, is not the problem, what justice, has the bank officials are doing to the customer, after, their, representative Mr. Balaji, had committed why they are hiding, their, mistake, protecting, their representatives mistake, they, make all blame, game, taking, the rules on their, hand for granted, how come, they, punish an innocent customer like, me.
Kindly, take necessary, action, I am small individual, it is bank, who can spend, company, money, for, legal issues. What can I do, as poor, single, individual. Kindly also think, if I am, an illiterate, is it passed order, that, I can't use the bank, with, courage and faith. Kindly, revert back to me for any clarifications through the mobile number and mailing address, stated above.
