Subject: Illegal Freezing & Unauthorized Withdrawal of Salary
  1. Salary account frozen based on recovery order without providing certified copy.
  2. Written requests for copy of order / justification ignored.
  3. On 17 Feb 2026, entire balance debited without consent.(1,10,000/-)
  4. On August 2025 too a freeze was put and 1,00,000. Was debited to other's account without consent. Bank manager and staff aren't providing order/document copies despite physical visit to hdfc ballarpur branch, various complaints to: rbi ombudsman (complaint no. N202526021016061), rbi aaos, rbi crpc, consumer grievance (complaint no. 7847091), hdfc grievance, hdfc nodal office, hdfc pno, adm Chandrapur, additional collector chandrapur, etc.
  5. In total 2,10,000 has been taken till now, hdfc just says sro/ arbitrator has put an hold and in order to remove it they need court order. But still no single order or copy is been shared by hdfc.
