I am an Ola Electric scooter owner and I want to register complaint for poor service experience. Despite full payment i am helpless due to the extremely poor after-sales service and unavailability of spare parts. My scooter, Ola S1 — Registration No. MH09-GQ-4898, was submitted to the service center on 29-08-2025 due to Error showing on display "scooter issue Please restart". The scooter was handed back to me on 18-09-2025, but the same issue persisted. I immediately informed the service technician, but he refused to check it, saying the scooter was fine and asked me to take it home. The issue gradually worsened. . However, by 29-09-2025, the problem became severe — after riding a few meters, the display repeatedly showed the message “Scooter issue, please restart”. I again submitted my scooter on 29-09-2025. The service center checked it on 2nd or 3rd October and informed me that the motor needs to be Repaired /replaced. They initiated the motor replacement approval process only on 09-10-2025, wasting more than 10 days in internal approvals. As I had been regularly posting my complaint on Ola’s Twitter page, I was later informed that my scooter would be delivered on 19-10-2025. However, when I personally visited the service center on 15-10-2025, they clearly said they had no idea when the motor would be dispatched from Ola or when the scooter would be repaired. And now Sangli service center is closed as they didn't paid rent of service center. Sir, I am now completely helpless without my vehicle, which has been lying in the service center from more than 3 months. I am From Shirol And working at kupwad MIDC and need to travel daily 45+km. Now i don't have scooter and i have to pay EMI every month also i have spend extra amount for traveling from Home to Company. I want my money back.
