I was having HSBC credit card 4862698906495403. During my visit abroad, fraudulent transaction of were performed in India and was billed on my credit card.

For this fraud I had raised the issues to HSBC customer care where HSBC bank was not ready to listen to my plea. Inspite of being a fraudlent transaction bank sent me a one time settlement letter vide REF: RS\CPD\WOFF\NDH\RCM\TELECALLING - OUTBOUND\30062021\41 Dated 30 June 2021 where I was asked that on an exceptional one time basis bank has agreed to settle the said

outstanding dues at INR 42896.00 (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Six and Paise Zero Only), provided the said payment is made on or before 27 December 2021 in 6 continuous equated monthly installments.

As I was left with no option but to agree to banks dictatorship behaviour so I agreed to banks settlement letter.

The amount was paid from my side but to my surprise I have found that instead of settling the disputed transaction through bank communicated one time amount HSBC has erroneously extrapolated outstanding and they have been adding recurring interest which has degraded my civil score

Such irrational behaviour from bank side has caused mental harassment and agony.

I therefore request to kindly intervene and arrange to clear off all my outstanding as per earlier communicated bank one-time settlement letter (already paid )

I will be also grateful if you reconsider the case and provide me the refund on Rs 42000 as these were fraud transaction charges on my credit card.

Looking forward to hear a positively reply so that we can maintain a long customer relationship as bad word of mouth spreads very fast. You may call me on 9013130789
