I purchased a packet of Mom’s Magic biscuits from Bunsal mall, Vadodra. To my shock and disappointment, I found a strand of hair inside one of the biscuits. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your hygiene standards and quality control processes.
Finding foreign contaminants in a food product is a health hazard and has severely affected my trust in your brand. Such negligence can put consumers at risk and damages the reputation of a well-known company like yours.
