I had purchased a Haier BMR refrigerator (
Haier 355L 3 Star Bottom Mount
Refrigerator with Dual Fan-(HRB-4053BGK-P))
with 3 year AMC from

A damaged product was delivered on 30/08/2025 with no AMC documents.

Upon enquiry it was stated that since the product is damaged they are holding the AMC documents.

The replacement was delivered on 12/09/2025 but with no AMC documents

On 20/11/2025, they finally acknowledged on email that i had purchased 3 year AMC along with refrigerator.

A quote from the email

Dear Sir/Madam,

Order ID- HA45826

Product- Extended Warranty / AMC for 3 Years (Haier 355L 3 Star Bottom Mount Refrigerator with Dual Fan)

Thank you for purchasing the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for your product. We appreciate your trust in our services.

Despite this they didnt send any AMC documents.

I contacted senior management at Haier, but the Head office doesnt even respect them to warrant a response.

Now after 6 months they are informing me that they have jacked up the price and wont give me AMC documents unless i make additional payments. upon enquiry i discovered that the AMC plan for the aforementioned refrigerator was changed 2 months after the product was delivered to me which was the reason they put the AMC on hold. This is clearly a corrupt practice to extort and i would like the concerned department to take action.
