Respected Sir/Madam,
I ordered combo 2 Tracks through gymfits mobile site. Advertisement was from Facebook for Order. My son received the order on 27-Mar-25 evening.
After returning from office on the same day late evening I checked the parcel and found that the quality of cloth is extremely poor/bad. Immediately next day I contacted Customer care team to whom I gave this feedback and requested for refund. They straightaway denied for refund stating our senior will call you back. No call received since then. I sent an email to their customer service then, however it did not get delivered. It was bounced back with a messaged as "
The following message to <help@gymfits.in> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-'Relaying disallowed'"
I cannot afford to lose this much amount also as we are middle class people. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help please.
