I would like to register a complaint against Iron paradise gym Kalindi,Kolkata South Dum Dum 700089. I had taken a subscription on 21st of November 2025 and after working out for two odd days a fellow trainer misbehaved with me.I owner too misbehaved and I decided to quit the gym. On this I requested for a partial refund which was denied on the false pretext of policy.I hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and request for mediation in this case.Thank you
