I ordered four plants (2 rose flower plant , 2 geranium plants) by seeing the Instagram page “botanic_heaven_26” ( link : https://www.instagram.com/botanic_heaven_26/?hl=en ) via Their WhatsApp business account on date : 12th February 2026 at the total price : inr 620/- [ google pay transaction screenshot attached ] .
It has been 17 calendar days and still no tracking Id / refund /delivery of the products (conversation of WhatsApp screen shot attached) . The party is seen to be giving either excuses or deliberately stalling for time . I enquired if it’s a scam on other reviews/ social media pages and my doubt has been confirmed ( screenshot attached) .
It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to direct the Opposite Party to:
1. evidence of product sold on opposite party’s Instagram page
2. The WhatsApp business account setup by the opposite party
3.
WhatsApp conversation screenshot
4. transactions screenshot (google pay)
5. reviews/ confirmation of fraud done repeatedly
