Since April 2023 Gpay has charges to my Amex card for a Prime membership that was already active on my Amazon Credit card. The charge of $16.32 was doubled charged and when I contact Amazon about these charges, they have no explanation nor can locate the payment and advised me to contact Google about the charges. I would like a full refund of $538.56 which represent to total amount charged to my card. I hope this issue can be resolved ASAP as I'm a 67 year old on a fixed budget for transactions that were never approved by me. Thank you for your help in this matter.
