Got the wrong product from Amazon, and now they're claiming they delivered the correct product.

So the situation happened like this: I ordered a Samsung 10.5 KG, 5-star, semi-automatic, top-load washing machine (WT10C4260GG/TL) on 5th June 2025. which got delivered to me on the 13th of June by Delhivery Courier service. I raised a ticket for brand installation on the Samsung official website. and didn't opened the package at all.
On 14th June, I got a call from Delhivery Courier that the order I got yesterday was in someone else's name, and my order is still in their warehouse. So they came and took that old order and gave me another box, which has my invoice, but it looks like that invoice is replaced with someone else. The 1st one is torn out, and then my invoice is stuck on it, which is not in the proper place. The outer brand box is damaged from various places. And the product I got has a label on it which states inside is a 5 Star 9.5 KG semi-automatic Samsung washing machine. The next moment, I called Amazon to raise this query that I got the wrong product and got scammed; they said, We started an investigation for this and will inform you ASAP, whatever the result will be. which I didn't get any from them. I called them on 19th June at 11:00 AM to talk about this. The reply I got was that the investigation team found out that they shifted and delivered the same product which I ordered on 5th June. But I got a completely different one. And without listening to anything, they directly cut the call. There's no option to return that product now, plus my money is stuck, and I got the wrong product.
