I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have faced with my recent order placed on your platform. Out of the 10 items I ordered, only 4 items were delivered, which is highly unacceptable.
Despite contacting your support team multiple times, my concern has not been resolved. Instead of providing a resolution, I was redirected and told to contact you over email, which only reflects negligence and lack of accountability from your side.
This is not just poor service, but a clear case of deficiency of service and negligence, causing both financial and mental inconvenience.
