I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against GoIbibo. I had booked a refundable flight from Vishakapatanam - Hyderabad to and fro via GoIbibo in Indigo. My plans were cancelled due to medical emergency. I have cancelled through Goibibo app, to waive off entire cancellation fees which the agreed to do and refunded entire amount to GoIbibo (Rs 19000/-). It's been over one month. I have not received the amount from Go Ibibo. Despite multiple complaints there is no contact from their side, no any calls attending and no reply from Mails.
