I am registering the complaint against Goibibo from which I had booked tickets.

passenger names was 1. Kaushik Makkar + 3 others.
But because the flight was delayed and Spicejet executive told me to either change of travel date or get full amount refund back in 7-8 days, we opted for full refund. As we checked with the airline the have refunded the amount to goibibo. But after so many emails I had sent , Goibibo didn't refunded the amount to my credit card which was used for booking.
