We have purchased a fridge from EXCELLENT CONSUMER SERVICES of brand GODREJ of 03/05/2024 with is under warranty.
We have a repairing complaint of it since past 1.5 months.
THE SERVICE CENTRE OF COMPANY is named under NAVDURGA SALES AND SERVICE on 150FT RING ROAD
The owner (NAYNESH PITHVA , CONTACT NO - 9773072108) of service center is SO ARROGANT and USING FOUL LANGUAGE and asking us to give in writing that WE HAVE REPAIRED YOUR FRIDGE UNDER WARRANTY AND NOW IF ANYTHING HAPPENS IT WILL NOT BE COVERED IN WARRANTY (The FRIDGE COMES UNDER COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR 2 years and COMPRESSOR WARRANTY of 10 YEARS)


THE GOODS THAT WERE STORED IN THE FRIDGE HAVE ROTTEN and we have gone thru a loss of about 50000.00 Rs.
We demand an IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THIS
