I am extremely disappointed to report that I am facing the cooling issue for the 3rd time within a year with my purchased freeze (godrej brand buy from amezon) . Now,there service team is asking me to pay ₹4,500 for the repair and providing only 1 month of warranty.
If the issue has already occurred multiple times during the past year, it clearly indicates that the problem was never resolved properly in the first place. Expecting me to pay again after the warranty expiry seems highly unfair and raises concerns that the service is being delayed intentionally until the warranty lapses.
as repeated breakdowns of the same issue within such a short time are unacceptable. This has been the worst service experience so far, and I expect immediate corrective action from your end.
