I am writing to report an incomplete refund against my cancelled order placed on your website.
I booked a watch with a total order value of ₹6,999. At the time of booking, I paid ₹999 as a booking amount. After the booking was confirmed, the full order value was shown as ₹6,999, and I paid the remaining ₹6,000 to complete the purchase.
Subsequently, I cancelled the order. While ₹6,000 has been refunded to my account, the initial booking amount of ₹999 has still not been refunded.
This ₹999 is also part of the total order value and should be refunded upon cancellation. I am attaching the relevant screenshots for your reference.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and process the pending refund of ₹999 at the earliest.
