Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint regarding an online order that has neither been delivered nor refunded by the company.
I placed an order on [Order Date] through [Company/Website Name]. The order number is [Order Number]. Despite the payment being successfully completed, the product has not been delivered to me till date.
I have tried contacting the company several times through their customer support, messages, and other available channels, but they have neither responded to my messages nor provided any resolution. They are also not ready to communicate regarding the issue.
Since the product has not been delivered and the company is not issuing a refund, I request the Consumer Court to kindly look into this matter and help me receive either the delivery of the product or a full refund of the amount paid.
