I had ordered a godrej split ac. The split ac Ac was delivered on 19 May and after using the ac for a few days we discovered that it was not cooling the room and was not working well. we contacted the godrej customer care for the issue, their service technician came and checked and told us it was a gas leak issue and they will send another person for solving this. the first complaint was registered on 5 june and after that 2-3 complaints have been registered and nobody has come to solve the issue. they keep making excuses that the technician is on a holiday and they will contact you tomorrow. multiple tomorrows have passed and they keep reassuring me that the technician will come but nobody has contacted me or came to solve the issue. I have tried contacting the nearest service center supervisors at the number given by the call center employee. they have neither picked nor responded to my calls. the ac comes with a 5 year warranty.
