i am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Ola S1 Pro, which broke down yesterday while I was travelling. For the past few days, the scooter had been showing abnormally low range, and suddenly yesterday the battery percentage dropped from 35% to 1% within seconds, causing the vehicle to shut down completely and stop moving.

This situation is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the battery was replaced barely 8 months ago. It is clear that the recurring problem is related to the battery’s quality or manufacturing. If Ola is already aware of faulty batteries being installed in vehicles, I request the company to take responsibility by upgrading such components proactively, instead of making customers repeatedly run behind service centers for the same issue.

During my previous service experience, my scooter remained at the service center for 15 days without any inspection or update, and I later discovered that it had been lying there unattended. Such negligence is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the after-sales support provided.

Being from Goa, I am also aware that Ola has paused sales in the state due to ongoing service-related concerns. Incidents like mine only highlight how urgent it is for the company to improve its service standards and customer support.

Given the current situation, I request the following from your team:
1. Immediate towing assistance for my Ola S1 Pro to the nearest service center at company cost, as the vehicle is completely non-functional.
2. Priority diagnosis and repair, specifically addressing the battery issue.
3. Assurance that the vehicle will not remain in the service center for more than 4 days, as delays beyond this have already caused inconvenience in the past.
4. A clear explanation regarding why such battery failures continue to occur even after replacement.
5. Confirmation that the replaced battery (and any other faulty parts) will be covered under warranty (since the vehicle is hardly 2.5 yr old and has extended warranty for 5 years).
