Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding the service of my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (IMEI: 356350642216625).
My device has recently developed the well-documented "white/green line" issue on the display. Per Samsung’s official policy in India, this model is eligible for a one-time free screen replacement
The Issue:
The authorized service center is refusing to honor the policy, claiming the device age is calculated from the manufacturing date (Jan 20, 2023). However, I have a valid Tax Invoice showing the Date of Purchase as July 5, 2023.
As per consumer law and standard Samsung warranty guidelines, the eligibility period must be calculated from the Date of Purchase, not the date of manufacture. My device is currently only 2 years and 7 months old, which is well within the 3-year eligibility window.

My Request:
I request you to direct the service center to honor the 3-year "Goodwill Policy" and provide the screen replacement as per the purchase date on my invoice. My phone has no physical or liquid damage.
I have attached the Tax Invoice and a photo of the display issue for your reference. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
